Train like a warrior! The steel mace is an ancient weapon of war but also a classic strength training tool prized by physical culture for centuries. Members will learn the fundamentals of Hard Style and Flow to awaken their warrior spirits.

WEIGHTLIFTING

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

 

In this class members learn the essential skills to lift safely and effectively. Coaches guide participants through lifts like the snatch, clean, squat, and jerk. Programming is customized and scaled to each individual's goals and skill level.

CONDITIONING

Our flagship fitness class is designed to make you stronger, more adaptable, and increase your ability to recover. Out goal is to expand your physical abilities beyond learning to exercise well. Varied workouts combine the best training methods using classical tools like barbells, pull-up bars, and kettlebells to challenge and build on your progress.

NATFIT

Obstacle Course Fitness. Crawl, carry, jump, climb, balance, hang, pull, push, squat and run! Train your natural human strengths to overcome obstacles inside the gym and out in the real world.

CLASS DETAILS: 45 Minutes.

Natural Fitness means training for a purpose. Specialization exercises like weightlifting will make you strong and exercises that are more general like balancing and carrying will make your strength useful. Making fitness purposeful beyond the aesthetics of weight loss is fun and you'll want to do it more. Being in a group class with a coach or diving into a personal development program gets you out of the dark and into the adventure of Natural Fitness.
