This is a fast paced martial art styled fitness class. Each class combines fitness elements from martial arts, yoga, and tai chi to develop your inner warrior.
WHAT MAKES IPAC DIFFERENT
Many gyms offer classes like this but often stop short of developing the necessary conditioning required for actual self-defense. We do not work on "what if scenarios" but work the body and mind repetitiously to develop that "knee jerk" reaction that is vital to self-preservation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each workout builds you from the ground up. Emphasis is placed on:
1. Striking - Punch and kick your way to victory.
2. Cardio - Physical conditioning to go the distance.
3. Mitts and Bag work - Hit the mitts and heavy bag to develop speed and precision.
