RITES OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCE
R.O.P.E. is a youth resilience program. Through the Natural Fitness method of classical physical training, combat arts, and obstacle course racing youth that are breaking into their teenage years will learn to deal with the challenges of becoming an adult.
Each year is broken into 3 main sessions Fall, Winter/Spring, and Summer. Each session is made up of modules based on the themes of Natural Fitness (Martial Arts, Fitness, and Obstacle Course Racing) and are taught by coaches that are masters of their craft. Each module is completed through a series of minor challenges (feats) and one final major challenge at the end. ROPE Warriors move through the program by successfully completing a specified number of major and minor challenges.
