Monthly Online Training Membership

This membership gives you access to a once-a-month live online class focused on Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Combat Conditioning, and essential solo training practices, plus access to the training archive while you are an active member.

This membership is for you if:

• You already train or have trained in a combat art
• You’re interested in learning Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu
• You want explore new ways of solo training such as Emperor Ring, Wooden Dummy or Iron Palm
• You want a monthly combat fitness class that will aid in keeping you accountable to staying in shape

You can cancel anytime before your next billing date. There are no contracts or long-term commitments.

What’s included with active membership:

• One live online class per month
• Access to the class recording
• Access to the online training library while enrolled
• Entry to future monthly sessions without re-signing up

This is an ongoing practice space, not a one-time course.

Recording & Library Access

Class recordings and the online library are available to active members. Access continues as long as your membership is active and pauses if your membership is canceled.
