Targeting the connective tissues, Yin Yoga will help you rejuvenate and bring calm to your busy day. Slow series of postures are held for periods of time to bring openness and restoration to your body. All levels welcome. Props are provided.

RESTORATIVE

Relax deeply. Rejuvenate the body through a series of supported yoga postures using blankets, blocks and bolsters. Calm the mind through guided meditation for a deep release of relaxation before bedtime. All levels welcome. Props are provided.

FLOW

Move and breathe with us in a flow-style yoga class to start your weekend with connection, awareness and strength. All levels welcome. Props are provided.

NUTRITION

Get more out of your training by fine tuning your nutrition. It doesn't matter if you want to cut weight for a competition, get leaner, or dive deep into what you need to fuel your workouts. Our nutrition coaching will help you with establishing good eating habits, accountability, and tracking.

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is derived from a centuries-old school of martial arts and can be as useful to a skilled practitioner as any of the other combat arts available for study at ORTHDX.

Natural Fitness means training for a purpose. Specialization exercises like weightlifting will make you strong and exercises that are more general like balancing and carrying will make your strength useful. Making fitness purposeful beyond the aesthetics of weight loss is fun and you'll want to do it more. Being in a group class with a coach or diving into a personal development program gets you out of the dark and into the adventure of Natural Fitness.
