Adults of all experience levels train here—from beginners looking for a new challenge to competitive athletes preparing for ninja competitions, American Ninja Warrior and other obstacle events & fitness races.

  • Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

    Join us for an hour of fun obstacle course training. A typical class starts with movement/technique specific warm up, 2-3 skills/stations and ending with a short obstacle course run with trained skills. Open to all levels.

    SIGN UP FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

  • Train & practice your skills at Madison's best training grounds. Obstacles are rotated and refreshed every month.

    Schedule:

    • Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm

    • Saturdays 11am-12pm

    Please book your open gym session ahead of time. Advanced reservation highly appreciated.

  • Train with one of our ninja coaches or with American Ninja Warrior, Coach Yari only at ORTHDX.

    Work with a pro to give you tools and tips to elevate your training and find more adventure and fun in your training.
