  • A highly sought-after martial art with few schools that teach it openly. Chow Gar Southern Praying Mantis Kung Fu is an effective direct combat system maintaining the integrity of traditional martial arts utilizing every range of combat.

    David Welther is the head instructor and USA representative under world-renown master, Sifu Paul Whitrod.

  • A weapons-based martial arts from the Philippines, Inayan Systems III Eskrima will teach you how to use sticks, knives, and other bladed weapons. Eskrima also uses empty-hand techniques such as boxing and grappling.

    Unlike most martial arts, students train with weapons from the first day of class, learning techniques that translate to empty-hand applications.

  • Western boxing is a tried and true method of self-defense and sport fighting art. Open to all levels and perfect for beginners, this class will work on boxing fundamentals like footwork, structure, focus mitts combos, bag work, and evasive tactics.

  • Learn the basics of Parkour

  • Suitable for all levels, build internal heat in a gradual flow through yoga postures that connect your breath with your movements.

    This class will challenge and develop your strength, balance and coordination while increasing your mindfulness.
